DAY 01:TUESDAY ( Arrival at Delhi )
Upon arrival at the Delhi Airport, our tour representative will pick up you and
escort you to Hotel Hyatt Regency for an overnight stay where you will get charged
up for a 7 day long cruise onboard Palace on Wheels.

DAY 02: WEDNESDAY (Wednesday - Board the Palace on Wheels after Delhi Tour)
Morning after refreshing breakfast accompanied by our representative guests will
begin a sightseeing tour with city's greatest attraction. Begin your tour with old
Delhi which holds attractions such as Red Fort; explore the age-old Mosque- Jama
Masjid, later take a few moments to walk down the busy streets of the town. Taste
the flavor of the Indian food at the Paranthe wali gali. Later we move towards the
well designed Lutneys Delhi, visiting the India Gate, President's House, Humayun's
Tomb, Qutub Minar and others. Later at 1630 Hrs via air-conditioned vehicle, you
will be escorted to Delhi Safdarjung Railway station where the guests will be welcomed
in traditional Indian style before the royal train pulls out into the night for
a week-long journey through the heart of Indian tourism, Rajasthan.

DAY 03: THURSDAY
Jaipur is the first stop of Palace on Wheels that enjoys the reputation of the best
planned cities of the world in the bygone era. Known as the Pink City, Jaipur is
the capital of Rajasthan founded by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, in 1727 A.D.

DAY 04: FRIDAY (Arrival Sawai Madhopur)
Sawai Madhopur the next destination of Palace on wheels is the place where you would
get the chance to spot the wild cats (tigers) roaming freely at Ranthambore National
Park. Chittaurgarh - After lunch proceed to Chittaurgarh where you would get to
see the images of love and velour; scars of battles lost and won at the thrice-besieged,
Chittaurgarh Fort. Overnight journey to Udaipur.
DAY 05: SATURDAY (Udaipur)
Udaipur, the City of Lakes is the next destination of Palace on Wheels. Adorned
by the beautiful palaces, temples and lakes, Udaipur is a dream destination of tourists
traveling to India.

DAY 06: SUNDAY (Jaiselmer)
Jaisalmer is lies in the heart of the Great Indian Desert, Thar Desert. The yellow
sandstone fort and other marvelous architectural masterpieces at Jaisalmer have
made it a significant part of Palace on Wheels itinerary.

DAY 07: MONDAY (Jodhpur)
Next morning the Palace-on-Wheels takes its guests to Jodhpur where lies the rock-solid
Mehrangarh Fort. It is second largest city of Rajasthan encircled by a high stone
wall with seven gates and several bastions.

DAY 08: TUESDAY (Bharatpurt & Agra)
Early this morning, Palace on Wheels arrives in Bharatpur. After breakfast have
a safari tour at Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary. Also, visit Agra, the city of Taj. Explore
the Agra Fort and then proceed to treat your eyes with the pristine beauty of Taj
Mahal.

DAY 09: WEDNESDAY (Delhi)
The train arrives at Delhi Safdarjung Railway station in the morning. After breakfast
on board, disembark the train. Our representative will be waiting for at the exit
gate to transfer you to the International Airport / Hotel. The Tour concludes.

Palace on Wheels Tariff Includes. Travel with accommodation, morning tea, breakfast,
lunch, evening tea and dinner. You will be taken in Deluxe Coaches during sightseeing
and entrance fees at Historical Monuments and Palaces are included. The cultural
entertainments with Bharatpur rickshaw ride, Udaipur boat ride, Jaisalmer Camel
Ride are also included.

The two restaurant cars, the Maharaja and the Maharani, serve a wide range of Rajasthan,
Indian, Continental and Chinese cuisine. Menus are changed seasonally.

Varies from 8o C to 25o C between September to March and in April around 30o C.

DAY 02: THURSDAY
0630hrs: Arrive at Chittaurgarh Railway Station. Visit Chittaurgarh Fort.
0830hrs: Depart for Udaipur. Breakfast on board.
1215hrs: Arrive Udaipur. On arrival transfer to the Lake Palace Hotel for lunch.
After lunch visit City Palace, Tripolia Gates, Sahelion ki Bari (Royal Garden),
Shilpgram (Craft Village).
1830hrs: Proceed to Udaipur Railway Station.
1930hrs: Depart Udaipur for Junagadh. Dinner on board.

Breakfast and lunch on board.
1445hrs: Arrive Junagadh. Visit ashokan Rock Edict of 3rd century BC. Also visit
Darbar Hall Museum (Mausoleum of Nawab Mahabat khanji)
1730hrs: Depart for Veraval.
1915hrs: Arrive Veraval. Visit the famous Shiva temple on the shore of the Arobian
Sea. Dinner of hotel. Night on board.
DAY 04: SATURDAY
0500hrs: Depart for sasangir
0630hrs: Arrive Sasangir. After breakfast on board visit Sasangir and the Lion Sanctuary.
1130hrs: Depart for Ahmedpur Mandvi. Lunch on board.
1430hrs: Arrive ahmedpur Mandvi. Visit the beach and Diu by coach. Followed by tea
and a visit to Fort and St. Paul Church, cultural programme.
2005hrs: Depart for Palitana. Dinner on board.

0700hrs: Breakfast on board.
0730hrs: Arrive Palitana.
0800hrs: Depart for Mt. Sumeru by bus. Arrive at foothill of Mt. Sumeru. Visit 863
Jain temples on top of the hills (One can climb 3572 steps or use the chair slings
arranged for ou if you so desire).
1230hrs: Deport for Sarkhej. Lunch on board.
1930hrs: Arrive Sarkhej. Visit and dinner at Vishalla village. Proceed to Ahmadabad
by bus. Night on board.

0700hrs: Breakfast on board. Sightseeing of Ahmadabad, visiting Adalaj Step well,
Gandhi Ashram, Calico, Museum of Textiles, Hathising Jain Temple, Sidi Sayyad's
Mosque (1572 AD), shopping, etc. lunch at Hotel.
1500hrs: Depart for Jaipur. Evening tea and dinner on board.

0800hrs: Arrive Jaipur. Local sight-seeing visiting City Palace, Jantar-Mantar,
Observatory, Hawa Mahal.
